Description
A 30 cm yellow felt disc with a cylindrical black steel spotlight passing through it. The cylinder is distinct, much thicker than the thin tube of the neighbouring model, and reads as a separate piece placed on the disc.
The felt absorbs sound as much as it conceals the source. On a solid disc, no light rises to the ceiling: everything goes downwards, in a clear beam that falls on the table and leaves the rest of the room in semi-darkness.
The GU10 base provides a tighter directional beam than an omnidirectional bulb: this is the version to choose for lighting a precise work surface rather than an entire table.
The GU10 socket accepts a maximum 10 W LED bulb, not included.
