1. Order processing
All orders placed on Sovala are prepared with care. The processing time is approximately 48 business hours after payment has been confirmed.
This time corresponds to the preparation, quality check and handover of your order prior to shipment.
2. Delivery times
Delivery times may vary depending on the product, the supplier and the delivery address. As a general rule:
Standard products: estimated delivery between 2 and 7 business days.
Large or specific products: estimated delivery between 7 and 19 business days.
These timeframes are provided as a guide and may vary during peak periods or depending on the destination.
3. Carriers
We work with several well-known carriers such as La Poste, DHL, UPS and other logistics partners, selected based on the delivery country and the type of parcel.
This flexibility allows us to ensure reliable delivery tailored to each order.
4. Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you by email, generally within 48 hours.
You can also track your parcel directly on our website via the "Track my order" tab.
5. Delivery areas and costs
Europe: shipping cost of €6.90. Free delivery on all orders of €169 or more.
International: shipping cost of €6.90. Free delivery on all orders of €169 or more.
6. Shipping issues
In the event of a problem during delivery (incorrect address, damaged or lost parcel), our customer service team handles each situation on a case-by-case basis.
