How can I contact you?

Response time: We generally respond within 24 to 48 business hours .

For faster processing, please use only one contact method for the same request, and provide as much information as possible: order number (in your confirmation email), email address used when purchasing , and photos if necessary.

Payment & Security

We accept all credit cards , as well as PayPal , Apple Pay , Google Pay and Shop Pay .

All payments are secure and encrypted . Your information is never stored on our site.

Product Warranty

All our lights come with a minimum 2-year warranty . Some products are guaranteed for up to 10 years (e.g.: specific ranges indicated on the product sheet).

The applicable warranty period is always specified in each product description.

Product received damaged

If your order arrives damaged, contact our customer service as soon as possible .

Please provide: your order number , the email address used when purchasing, as well as clear photos of the package and product. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Delivery Information

We offer free shipping with tracking on all orders European and international from 80 € of purchase .

Delays in Europe

  • Processing time: 1 to 3 working days
  • Delivery time: 3 to 15 working days

These deadlines apply to standard items. For bulky products, fragile or made to order , lead times may vary. Information specific to each item is indicated directly in the product description.

International delivery

We also deliver internationally. As with Europe, delivery is free for orders over €80 . Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. For further details, contact us .

We work with trusted carriers to ensure delivery secure and within the announced timeframe .

Change my delivery address

If you have just placed an order and wish to change the delivery address, contact us as soon as possible . Beyond 24 hours , it is usually too late to adjust the address because the order is already being prepared or shipped.

In this case, we recommend that you place a new order with the correct address.

Returns & Refunds

You have a free right of return within 30 days from receipt of your order.

Return costs are our responsibility . We will process your request as quickly as possible upon receipt and inspection of the return.
