Shipping Information

We offer free tracked delivery on all European and international orders over €40.

Delivery times for European countries:

  • Processing time : 1 to 3 business days
  • Delivery time : 5 to 7 working days

These lead times apply to standard items. For more complex, bulky, fragile or made-to-order products, lead times may vary. Specific information for each product is indicated directly in its description.

International Shipping:

We also ship internationally. As for Europe, shipping is free for orders over €40. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. We recommend that you contact us directly for more information.

How do I change my shipping address?

If you have just ordered and need help changing your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible! If your order is more than 24 hours old, our team can no longer make any adjustments as it will have already been sent.

We recommend that you place a new order so that it is sent to the correct address.

What are your conditions for product returns?

We offer all our customers free returns within 14 days of receiving the order .
