Which size should I pick for my room?
Every product page states the room area each diameter is designed for, from the most compact models to the largest. If you hesitate between two sizes, take the larger one: for the same comfort it spins slower, so it runs quieter.
Can it go on a sloped ceiling?
Several of our models can be fitted under a sloped ceiling, generally up to a 15% incline. Where that applies, it is stated on the product page. If you are unsure about your own ceiling, send us a photo before ordering and we will tell you which models work.
Can I install it myself?
Yes. It wires onto your existing ceiling light point, just like a pendant lamp, and the mounting instructions are included. Switch the power off at the breaker before you start. If anything is unclear, write to us before opening the box.
Is it really quiet enough for a bedroom?
Yes. The DC motor runs at around 35 dB in everyday use, and less at low speed. For reference, a quiet bedroom at night sits near 30 dB and a conversation near 60 dB. You can leave it running all night.
Can I use it in winter?
Yes, the motor is reversible. In summer the blades push air down to cool you. In winter they turn the other way at low speed and bring back down the warm air trapped at ceiling level. On a 1,500 € yearly heating bill, that is roughly 150 € saved.
How much does it consume?
35 W at full speed, about the same as two LED bulbs. A portable air conditioner draws around 1,000 W for the same room.
Is the light adjustable?
On every model fitted with a light, you can change the colour temperature from the remote or the wall control, from warm white to cool white. Some models go further and also let you dim the brightness: that is stated on their product page.
What's in the box?
Everything you need to fit it: the fan and its blades, the mounting kit, the remote and the assembly instructions. If anything is missing or damaged, send us a photo and we sort it out straight away.
How long does delivery take?
Some models are stocked in France and ship within 48 hours. For the others it depends on the model and its restocking, and the timeframe is shown on the product page. Either way you get a tracking number as soon as it ships, and you can follow your parcel from our site.
What warranty do I get?
The motor is guaranteed for life, under normal domestic use. The rest of the fan is covered for at least two years, sometimes longer depending on the model. If anything goes wrong, write to us with your order number and a photo or short video: we reply within 24 to 48 working hours.
What if it doesn't suit me?
You have 30 days to change your mind, beyond the 14 days required by law. The fan must be unused, uninstalled and in its original packaging with all accessories. Unsure about size or fitting? Write to us before installing it, we would rather advise you than process a return.
