The Bologna ceiling light features a curved dome of blown glass with a degraded effect, from smoky grey at the top to transparent at the bottom. This gradation plays with the light from the bulb socket, subtly revealing the bulb without crudely exposing it, creating a graphic yet enveloping effect.
