Description
The Oslo floor lamp features a matte white lacquered aluminum stem that rises to 160 cm, then offsets its fluted cylindrical head above open space. Placed behind an armchair, it illuminates the seat without the base obstructing the legs.
The vertical fluting on the aluminum catches the grazing light and adds depth to an otherwise very simple form. This is the signature of the Oslo range.
The matte white recedes against a light-colored ceiling, allowing only the silhouette to be seen. The head pivots and tilts to direct the beam onto a book rather than into one's eyes.
The 30 cm round, weighted base supports the entire unit without requiring any fixings. The floor lamp measures 30 × 30 × 160 cm and weighs 3.3 kg. It turns on via a switch on the cable and accepts a GU10 LED bulb of up to 10 W, which is not included.
