The Kalimantan floor lamp makes a statement as soon as you enter the room. Its solid bamboo arm rises 218 cm and extends diagonally over the floor, supported by a stable triangular base and a taut wire reminiscent of a Japanese fishing rod. Beneath the arm, a hand-woven lampshade in natural and black bamboo with a diameter of 87 cm immediately catches the eye.

It is an object designed for large spaces: spacious living rooms, open-plan dining rooms, or generous reading nooks, where a room can breathe without being overwhelmed by its presence. The tightly woven natural and black lacquered slats create, once the light is on, a play of shadows and reflections projected onto the ceiling and walls, changing with the time of day. When off, it remains a sculptural piece in its own right, in the spirit of a distinctive Japandi craft.

For ease of use, the foot switch on the grey textile cable allows you to turn it on without bending down to the lampshade, a practical detail for a lamp of this height. It accommodates a screw-in E27 bulb, not supplied, up to 60W, allowing you to choose the intensity and light tone according to the desired ambiance.
