The Kalimantan floor lamp owes its character to its hand-woven bamboo shade, where natural and black-tinted strands cross in regular diamond patterns. Supported by a horizontal solid bamboo arm attached to a vertical stand, it stands 176 cm tall and projects light downwards, where the weaving creates a graphic and changing play of shadows on the walls and floor.
Its slender silhouette, resting on a rectangular solid bamboo base, easily fits near a sofa, in a reading nook or at the head of a bed, bringing a raw and lively material to a minimalist interior. The artisanal finish of the shade, never quite identical from one piece to another, makes this light fixture a unique object, even when switched off.
The floor lamp comes with a 1.9 m grey braided textile cable and a foot switch, so you can turn it on without having to bend down to the bulb. It accommodates an E27 base bulb (not supplied) up to 60 W, to be chosen according to the desired intensity and light tone.
