Description
The Java XL floor lamp extends its natural bamboo arm up to 218 cm high, in an arched shape reminiscent of a portal. The upright, braced by two thin taut cables, supports a long arm that reaches far above the floor to illuminate a sofa or armchair without any obstruction.
At the end of the arm, the cylindrical lampshade, hand-woven from natural and black bamboo slats, forms a chevron pattern that allows light to filter through small gaps. Once the bulb is lit, these interstices project braided shadows onto the walls and ceiling, moving and changing with the time of day, giving the living room a cozy and lively atmosphere.
Delivered with a foot switch on the cable, it accommodates an E27 bulb of your choice, to be screwed in without tools. With its imposing proportions, this handcrafted bamboo floor lamp becomes an anchoring piece in a large living room or dining room, where the plant material and weaving give the Japandi interior its full character.
