Dust the ceramic with a soft, dry cloth, following its curve. A slightly damp microfiber cloth will revive the white, after having cut the power and allowed the bulb to cool.

Avoid abrasive products, which can mark the enamel. As the E27 bulb is not supplied, stay under 15 W and prefer a warm white LED base for soft, energy-efficient light.
