Description
The Globe Solis wall light places a 12 cm opaline glass sphere on a round white steel plate, fixed to the wall. The globe extends to the side rather than remaining centered, giving the wall light an off-kilter silhouette that catches the eye at first glance.
A switch is integrated into the edge of the plate. You turn it on directly on the wall light, without depending on a wall switch, which makes it easy to install as a bedside lamp, along a hallway or near a sofa, where no other control is provided. The opaline glass diffuses the light from the G9 base without showing any hot spots.
The white blends into the ceiling and leaves the opaline globe alone on display. It measures 12 × 14 × 12 cm and weighs 0.5 kg, a size that allows it to be installed alone or with several aligned on the same wall.
