Description
The Sphere Opaline pendant lamp suspends a 40 cm white frosted glass globe from a taupe lacquered steel fitting. The glass is thick and opaque: the globe remains a solid, milky form, whether lit or unlit.
Light passes through the frosted glass and diffuses in all directions, without hot spots or glare. It provides ambient lighting rather than a beam, and the E27 base accepts an LED bulb up to 15W, not included.
Taupe, a blend of grey and brown, is the most subdued of coloured hues. The transparent cable is adjustable during installation, up to a total height of 130 cm, and the entire unit weighs 3.65 kg.
